CMG Task Lights Check out the brightest little off-road lights you can get your hands on. But these don't mount to your Jeep - you take them with you! The O4 Mini Task Light and the Infinity Task Light from CMG Equipment are so bright and easy on batteries that no Jeep should be without them. And they're so small, there is room for them in any Jeep!

O4 Mini L.E.D. Task Light
The O4 Mini Task Light is the smaller of the two we tested, and is roughly the size of 5 or 6 quarters stacked together. In spite of its small size, the O4 Mini Task Light will burn brighter than any other light its size for up to 14 hours on a single 2016 button-cell battery, which are available at Radio Shack and most drug/department stores.

The O4 is so bright, its beam is visible inside my Jeep even in broad daylight! The O4 is also waterproof to 10-feet, and the LED has a 100,000-hour bulb life. It has a small switch to permanently turn on the light for easy hands-free use, or use the top-mounted button for momentary use. The O4 Mini Task Light is available only with a bright white bulb in either a graphite black, crystal clear, ruby red, emerald green, or transluscent yellow housing (red and green shown).

Infinity L.E.D. Task Light
Though larger than the O4 Mini Task Light, the Infinity Task Light is still smaller than a 2-AA Mini Mag light, yet offers up to 10 times the battery life from a single AA battery. Add to that the fact than the Infinity Task light has a 100,000-hour bulb life (up to 6,500 times longer than filament bulbs!), is waterproof to 10-feet, is available with different-colored bulbs, and includes the metal clip and lanyard that others charge you extra for, and you may wonder how you've done without the Infinity Task Light all this time! The Infinity Task Light is available in silver and black, with either a red, bright white, yellow, or green bulb (red, bright white and yellow bulbs shown in black housing).

Both lights shown above come with CMG's Limited Lifetime Warranty*. The O4 Mini Task Light includes two 2016 batteries, and come already installed. A single AA battery is needed for the Infinity Task Light (not included).

Can't decide on a bulb color? Let CMG help! Take a look at CMG's Color Information Page at www.cmgequipment.com/colors.html for some helpful information. You may also call them at 888/699-0622 with any questions you may have about their products.

* = "If your Task Light should fail for any reason - other than battery failure or abuse - return it for a free repair or replacement"

CMG Says:
"By specially engineering a circuit for our (Infinity Task
Light) flashlight, CMG Equipment has been able to
boost and control the energy flow from an ordinary AA
battery to the L.E.D. But the result is far from ordinary:
41 hours of bright light and a bulb that never needs
replacing. The Infinity light never lets you down on the
camp trails, in the car, or whenever you find youself far
from the conveniences of home."

What We Really Think

"Cool Factor" aside, these lights are too handy NOT to have a few lying around! Be prepared for those times that you are either camping or just too stuck to get home - regular filament-bulb flashlights will let you down! Get a Task Light that is both smaller AND better on batteries.
