You've all heard camping called "Roughing It", right? Who came up with THAT? Shouldn't camping be fun? With Coleman, camping can actually be enjoyable!

Let us show you a few of our favorite camping items that help insure that the whole family will be bugging you to go camping again, and again. If you haven't seen the Coleman line of outdoor products lately, you don't know what you're missing!

By the way, ALL of this equipment fit into our TJ and we still had room for two passengers.

The Cooking Area
The Coleman Xtreme Cooler:
Keeps ice for up to FIVE days at 90º. Believe it, we tried. Even with normal opening/closing in the heat of Moab, we still had ice left at the end of the sixth day. Our other coolers left us high and dry.

Coleman Propane Grill Stove:
Feel like grilling steaks on the trail? No problem! Mac's absolute favorite Coleman item. Well designed, it even has a removeble drip-tray and an extra burner for cooking in a pan or pot simultaneously.

The Coleman High Stand:
Very handy. Though it has many uses, its main function in our camp was to hold the Grill Stove shown above. Folds for easy storage in any Jeep, and holds up to 100 lbs.

Aluminum Cooking Table:
Lightweight and easy to use. This table is 31" tall with a 36x20" surface area. Works very well for food preparation. Includes storage bag and carry handle.

Coleman Compact Table:
Great Jeep item! Easily separates into 4 pieces, and stores in its own case. Has a high impact ABS top and powder-coated steel frame, with a 29.5x29.5" tabletop.
Sleeping Arrangements
Coleman Montana Tent:
This 1-room tent measures 12'x7' and sleeps 5. Very well built and easy to set up. Has a 58" center height and 2 side windows.

Coleman Sundome Tent:
Jason's favorite Coleman product! This 1-room tent is 10x8', sleeps 4 people, and has a whopping 72" center height! Easy setup and excellent construction make this tent an easy choice.

Coleman Peak-1 Gatineau Sleeping Bag:
Perfect for those frosty nights that drop down to 0º F. Packed with 54 oz. of Hollofil II, and includes its own stuff-sack. Very warm and comfortable. (Notice the Coleman Tent Light in the background. See below)

Big Sky Bed:
If you've ever slept on the ground in the rocky land of Moab, you already know what this is for! 1¾" foam mattress on a spring construction cot. Why wake up in a bad mood?

New Item! The Coleman Tent Light:
The perfect tent accessory: A magnetic tent-light that can be placed where ever you need light. Simply place the included metal plate on the outside of the tent in the location of your choice, then place the magnetic base against the plate on the inside of the tent. Also doubles as a Jeep utility light! Use the magnetic base to place the light where you need it most: On the fender, under the hood, anywhere!

Coleman BlackCat Heaters:
Available in match-light or electronic ignition, this is just the thng you'll need for camping in cold weather. It heated our over-sized tent almost immediately. Provides flameless heat for up to 7 hours on a single disposable propane cylinder.
Outdoor Leisure
Commodore Chair:
This nicely-built chair is very solid, and very comfortable. Folds for easy storage, and has a built-in carry handle.

Traveler Quad Chair:
Makes a great Jeep chair! Folds and includes a storage bag with carry handle. Has a handy storage compartment in back of chair.

Rocker Chair:
Our favorite chair, and the most comfortable of the bunch. Don't sit down until you're ready to take a nap! Perfect for relaxing with a cold drink after your spouse makes you unpack, set up the tent, collect firewood, etc.

8D Remote Control Lantern:
Tired of climbing out of your tent in the middle of the night and fumbling for a lantern? Don't! Get a remote control light from Coleman and have the light turned on and ready before you go out! Besides, you never know what's outside waiting for you in the dark...

NorthStar Propane Lantern:
A huge leap forward in lantern technology. Finally, a lantern that is easy to use and VERY bright, using a single tube mantle. One propane cylinder lasts up to 11 hours. No more matches with the electronic ignition system, and a metal guard protects the glass. Grant's favorite Coleman product.
