Sebastian Szyszka's 1999 Wranger

Sebastian Szyszka's 1999 Wranger

This was taken the day Sebastian picked it up from the dealer.  30" tire package, Mopar fog lamps and grille guard, rear Dana 44 with Trac Lok, dual tops, and six cylinders.  Since then he's added the Mopar windshield frame light bar with four Mopar lights, and a Kenwood CD player.  Mopar Mud flaps have also come...and gone, after he tore one of them off on some rocks.

"Next on my list are JKS quick disconnects, tow hooks and rocker panel protection. It's a good start, but 4 inches of lift with 33" Thornbirds is definitely on the wish list." - Sebastian

Glenn Tussing's 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sport

Glenn's Teal TJ Sport has the 4.0L I-6.  He has added a few "beginner's" options, such as a K&N filter, a set of JKS Swaybar Disconnects ("What a difference they make!"), front and rear tow-hooks, and Hella 550's with windshield mounts (not in this photo).

"I love this Jeep, but I am looking to trade it in on a '98-'99 (I have had many "1st model year" problems with mine (manufactured 2/96)).

This has been the perfect vehicle for touring and 4X-ing here on Oahu, Hawaii, but I will be needing many more modifications for when I get back to the mainland!" - Glenn

Jeremy Adams' 1998 Jeep Wrangler SE

"Being a college Frosh short on cash, the only money I've had to spend on my Jeep was High School Graduation cash...so, most of my enhancements to date have been just drive-ability and cosmetic, as I haven't had much of a chance to do any off-roading (that will soon change, though! I'm hoping for at least Camp Jeep this year, and I belong to a couple Ohio 4x4 clubs.) Additions to date: Pioneer AM/FM/CD detatchable face stereo, Steel Horse (yeeech!) sound bar, Mopar front tow hooks (why are the rears so freakin' expensive?) Steel Horse Light Guards (yeeeech times two! Who said stainless steel could RUST!?), nifty graphics job, 5 Dunlop Radial Rovers (P225/75/51) on 5 15x7 AR-63 rims for the summer, stock full-faced steel w/225/75/15 Goodyear GS/As, first aid kit, Maglite, air compressor (not too strong, though), jumper cables (you'd be surprised how many people flag me down...), and the ever-useful towel, blanket, and extra fleece coat.

"Future plans: Hopefully foglights for X-Mas (Mopar), yellow-top battery, IAS Shocks, undercoating, rear tow hooks, rock bumpers, Warn 8-9000# winch, supercharger for the 4-banger, K&N filter, tow straps, Goodyear MT's or BFGoodrich AT's (30-31x7-ish sized), rocker bars, complete skid panels, and anything else I can't think of. Of course I won't be able to afford barely any of these enhancements, but who says I can't dream?" - Jeremy

Jeep Rating: A measly 110
