Installing Superwinch Hubs
Have you broken the factory hubs on your CJ? Just waiting for them to fail? We beat them to the punch and installed a new set of Superwinch hubs on our Project '82 Scrambler. If you've been hesitant to replace your existing hubs, follow along to see just how easy it is. In 30 minutes you can install a new set of reliable hubs.

Remove the 5 bolts retaining the OEM hub.

Remove the retaining clip on the end of the axle and remove the splined portion of the hub.

Install the new Superwinch hub body assembly with the gasket provided.

Reinstall the OEM snapring.

Reinstall the 5 OEM hub retaining bolts.

Install the new cap assembly with the Allen wrench and bolts provided.

You're done!
