Break anything lately? It happens all the time, and sometimes you don't want to upgrade the parts from the aftermarket, for whatever reason. And forget about going to the dealer unless you can take out a loan! I recently stretched the chain in my Transfercase, probably due to wear & tear and bigger tires. For a replacement, I turned to Crown Auto Parts.

With over 8000 high quality, low price parts for Jeep models from 1942 to 1999, I knew they would have what I needed. And, their price was considerably lower than the local Jeep dealer.

As for the Transfer case chain installation, we'd prefer that you follow your Factory Service Manual. It's not a terribly hard project. Don't forget to use High-temp gasket maker during reassembly. As you can see in the photo, the new chain is just as stout as the old chain (note the size difference (Top, old chain - bottom, new chain).
